RESOLVED - IT Service Desk phone currently not working

We have been advised that there is a problem with our phone line and we are currently unable to take phone calls. If you need to contact us to report an issue, please visit the Service Desk in Shawcross or raise a ticket with us via our self service portal:
https://sussex.saasiteu.com/
We will update this news item as soon as we are advised that the phone service is working.

We are pleased to report that the issue with our phone line has now been resolved and we are able to take calls.
