Informatics Resource Centre
The resource centre is open to all staff and students of Informatics and associated research centres (COGS, CCNR, Sackler, СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Neuroscience). It is situated in Chichester 1 Room 008, near the Engineering and Informatics School Office, and is open during normal office working hours throughout the year. Ask at the Office for access.
Project reports and dissertations
The resource centre holds physical copies of Informatics MSc dissertations and undergraduate final-year projects from recent years. These may be consulted for reference or taken out on loan. Students find them very useful, both in their subject matter and to see how they are structured and presented. All prize-winning final-year projects are available online.
Research reports
The resource centre also holds virtual copies of research reports authored by staff and students associated with Informatics and the former School of Cognitive and Computing Sciences. Most of these are in the Cognitive Science Research Paper series, of which there are at around 600, while there are around 120 in the Computer Science Report series. The more recent reports are available online. Many of the older reports are now only of historic interest.
