Grade Descriptors
The following grade descriptors and the examples within them are generic and should be used as an indicative guide only. The duties and responsibilities of individual roles will vary, and a match with some elements of a higher grade will not guarantee that the higher grade is appropriate to the role. Grades will be assigned/reviewed with reference to the H.E.R.A. methodology, and therefore the grade descriptors will not be used in isolation for this purpose.
