Prof Dunningham works on the theory of quantum technologies. He is particularly interested in quantum networks and how quantum effects can be used to enhance the performance sensing, metrology and communications.

Prof Melgaard works on mathematical analysis, linear and nonlinear PDEs and mathematical physics, in particular the mathematics of quantum systems.

Dr Nicholas Simm

I work on random matrix theory and related topics: limits theorems for log-correlated fields and Gaussian multiplicative chaos, spectral properties of large random matrices, applications to quantum chaotic systems. My research is funded by a Royal Society University Research Fellowship.
